individual psychotherapy

I offer 50 minute, one-on-one therapy sessions to address a variety of concerns. I specialize in adolescent and adult anxiety, depression, and disordered eating/body image issues. In my sessions, I hope to build a trusting relationship in which my client can feel comfortable exploring anything and everything in a nonjudgmental and safe environment.

My hourly rate is $170. I have some sliding scale rates available so please ask!

Group Therapy

I offer a virtual eating disorders support groups for individuals anywhere in the state of Texas. It occurs every Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00. It’s a place to find support from other folks who are fighting to stay on this side of their eating disorder. In these groups, I encourage participants to be vulnerable, practice integrity, and establish accountability goals. It’s a safe place for difficult discussions. The cost is $40 per group (but please ask about a reduced cost if that fee is a barrier). I ask everyone participating in the group to be active with an individual therapist as the group is not meant to replace one on one therapy. Please contact me if interested!
